About Us

Established in 2017, chef Adam Hamilton created Poke Sushi introducing a new wave of sushi that he refers to as Japanese fusion. We began by offering weekly pop ups in various locations in the city of Rochester. Our complex flavor profiles combined with dedication to detail makes for an incredibly unique dining experience. 

​Now located in the heart of the South Wedge of Rochester, NY, we offer our intricate food menu alongside of a carefully crafted bar program and a Japanese inspired decor. We look forward to meeting you! Kampai!
